Begin Here: The Threshold Assessment
A grounded first step to listen to what your body and womb are asking for—and to discern the appropriate container.
Before entering deeper womb-centered work, women begin at the threshold.
The Threshold Assessment is a guided point of orientation—an intentional pause where we listen to what has been carried, what is present, and what may be asking for attention. It allows this work to unfold with discernment rather than urgency, and with care rather than assumption.
This is not an evaluation or a promise of next steps.
There is nothing to perform and nothing to prove.
It is simply a space to be witnessed and to listen—together.
What the Threshold Assessment Is
The Threshold Assessment allows us to explore:
-
what your body and womb are currently communicating
-
how long certain patterns have been present or repeating
-
what has already been attempted, and how your body responded
-
areas that may require stabilization, support, or deeper attention
-
whether womb-centered work is appropriate at this time
Some women arrive with clear intentions.
Others arrive with a quiet knowing that something is misaligned, even if language has not yet formed.
Both forms of arrival are recognized here.
What happens during the Threshold Assessment
Your Threshold Assessment includes:
-
a written orientation to help organize what has been experienced and carried
-
space to ask questions and share context that may not fit neatly into a form
-
a calm, grounded review of factors that may be contributing to what you are experiencing
-
clear guidance on appropriate next steps
Following the assessment, you will receive one of the following:
-
a recommendation for a specific session or support container
-
an invitation to apply for deeper womb-centered work, if appropriate
-
guidance toward preparation, stabilization, or outside support before proceeding
Who This Assessment Is For
The Threshold Assessment is for women who:
-
feel called to explore womb-centered or pelvic support
-
seek a thoughtful, personalized approach rather than a quick fix
-
value discernment, pacing, and nervous system safety
-
are willing to listen to their body with honesty and care
You do not need to have everything figured out before scheduling.
Curiosity and a genuine readiness to listen are sufficient.
How Work Begins
Threshold Assessment Investment
Investment: $75
This investment honors the time, presence, and discernment given to reviewing your orientation materials and offering grounded guidance. It reflects the care taken to listen thoughtfully and respond with integrity.
If you are invited to move forward with certain offerings, this investment may be applied toward your next session.
Details regarding format (virtual or in-person), timing, and any preparation will be shared once your assessment is scheduled.
What Happens Next
Once your Threshold Assessment is complete, time is taken to reflect on what has been shared and what your body and womb may be asking for next.
Some women are guided toward hands-on or womb-centered work.
Others are offered preparation, rest, or redirection before continuing.
There is no expectation to move quickly.
You will receive clarity—not silence—and your next step will be named with care and discernment.
