This practice is held by Yèyẹ́sìndé.

I created this space for women who are holding much more than they show.

Over time I noticed a pattern. Many women were not lacking effort, discipline, or understanding. They were tired in a deeper way. Rest did not restore them. Talking did not fully help them. They could continue functioning, but they did not feel settled within themselves.

I do not begin with assumptions or a fixed program. I begin by listening and observing carefully. When a woman finally slows down, what she needs usually becomes clearer than when she is trying to explain it quickly.

My work is quiet and one-on-one. I am not trying to give advice or provide temporary relief. I am paying attention — to what is said, what is not said, and how the body responds once it is no longer rushed.

The womb is often where women feel the effects of stress, change, grief, transitions, and responsibility, but my work is not limited to symptoms. I use the womb as a starting point because it allows the body to settle and organize again.

This is not a large practice and it is not meant to be. I intentionally work with a limited number of women at a time so each visit can remain unhurried and contained.

Many women come once and feel a shift.
Others return at certain points in their lives when they need to reset again.

My Role

My role is not to replace therapy, medical care, or the support systems already in your life.

My role is to provide a structured environment where you can pause long enough for your body and mind to reorganize, and then help you determine whether further immersion would support you.

The Space

All visits are private and by appointment only.
The environment is calm, orderly, and intentionally quiet so you can arrive without performing, explaining quickly, or being rushed.

You do not have to be a certain kind of person to come here.
You only need to be ready to pause.
