How to Begin

Many women who reach this page have been holding things internally for a long time.

You may have been managing physical concerns, searching for answers, or simply carrying experiences you have not had a place to talk about. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

The first step is not scheduling a session.

We begin with a conversation.

Because this work is personal and body-centered, I first take time to understand you — what you are experiencing, where you are in your life, and what is leading you to seek support now.

To begin, you will complete a short form.
This is not an application and it is not a commitment. It simply allows me to read your words in a quiet moment so that when we speak, you do not have to start from the beginning.

After I review it, I will contact you and we will talk.

During that conversation you may ask questions, share as much or as little as you want, and we will both decide whether working together feels right and supportive at this time.

If it does, we will then schedule your first in-person session.

You are not expected to know exactly what you need before reaching out.

You are only beginning a conversation.
