I am a priestess who understands that spiritual authority also requires humility. And I am building a body of work that I hope will remain useful long after a ceremony has ended, a session is complete, or a woman has left my space.

For years, much of my work with women has centered around the womb. Women have come to me experiencing difficult menstrual cycles, fertility concerns, fibroids, pelvic tension, changes after childbirth, hysterectomy, menopause, emotional heaviness, and simply a desire to feel more connected to their bodies. My approach has included herbs, womb massage, yoni steaming, nutrition, rest, and other holistic practices. But the longer I have worked with women, the more I have unders

When was the last time you were simply a woman—not the mother, grandmother, caregiver, healer, professional, or the one everyone depends on? This seven-minute guided reflection for women is a quiet invitation to pause, breathe, reconnect with yourself, and remember the woman beneath all your responsibilities. I originally created this reflection for other women, but listening to it reminded me that I had not been fully present with myself either. Sometimes the words we offer

Have you ever found yourself thinking about something that happened years ago and wondered: Why am I still thinking about this? Maybe it's a relationship that ended. A friendship that fell apart. Something a family member did. A decision you regret. A job you left. A conversation you continue replaying because you wish you had said something differently. Your life may have moved forward in many ways, yet your mind occasionally returns to the same place. That doesn't always me

For many women, the womb becomes the center of attention only when something is wrong. A painful cycle. A diagnosis. Difficulty becoming pregnant. Pregnancy. A gynecological procedure. Perimenopause. Menopause. A hysterectomy. We learn to respond when our bodies demand our attention, but we aren't always taught to develop an intentional relationship with our bodies when nothing appears to be wrong. Womb wellness invites us to think differently. What if caring for your womb wa

“I know I’m supposed to be doing something.” I hear this from women all the time. They feel drawn to spiritual work. Healing work. Ritual. Supporting other women. Some have been feeling it for years. But knowing you’re called and knowing what to do with that calling are two very different things. And I think this is where a lot of women get stuck. You keep reading. You keep learning. You keep watching other people do the work. But at some point, you have to move from le

When I describe myself as a priestess, I am using a word that many people can immediately understand. But within my spiritual tradition, there is a more specific word for part of who I am. I am an Ìyánífá. An Ìyánífá is a woman initiated into Ifá. The title identifies me within a living spiritual tradition with its own teachings, practices, responsibilities, protocols, and lineage. So when I speak about stepping more fully into my role as a priestess, I am not creating a spir

When was the last time you paid attention to your body without something being wrong? Not because you were in pain. Not because your clothes fit differently. Not because you were trying to lose weight. Not because a doctor asked you a question. Simply because you wanted to know: How does my body feel today? Many women spend years taking care of a body they aren't particularly connected to. We feed it. Dress it. Push it through long days. Criticize it. Try to change it. Take i

Sometimes something ends long before we stop carrying it. The divorce may be final. The relationship may have ended months ago. You may have left the job, closed the business, ended the friendship, made the difficult decision, or accepted that a particular chapter of your life is over. On the outside, you’ve moved forward. But internally, something still feels unfinished. You may replay conversations. Think about what you should have said. Feel anger when someone’s name comes
