Sacred Care
Some Experiences Change You. You Deserve Space to Care for the Woman You've Become.

A relationship you haven't fully moved beyond. The loss of someone you love. A pregnancy that ended. Changes in your womb or body that have left you with feelings you haven't quite found the words for.
Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened. You're simply tired of putting yourself last.
Women come to Sacred Works carrying different experiences, questions, and emotions.
Here, you don't have to set those things aside to receive care. They are part of where we begin.
At Yeyẹ́sìndé Sacred Works in Conyers, Georgia, I offer private, personalized restorative experiences for women through sacred conversation, intentional body care, and meaningful ritual practices.

What Are You Moving Through?
There are many reasons a woman may seek restorative care. Some are connected to a specific experience. Others are feelings she's been carrying for years.
When You're Trying to Let Go of a Relationship
You know the relationship has ended, but emotionally, you're still connected.
Perhaps you're replaying conversations, questioning what happened, or struggling to release the hope that things might have been different.
Sometimes moving forward requires more than deciding you're finished.
At Sacred Works, we can make room to acknowledge what you've experienced and explore intentional practices that support your personal process of letting go.
When You're Living With Grief or Loss
Loss doesn't always leave room for everything you feel.
You may be grieving a loved one, a pregnancy, a relationship, or a future you imagined for yourself.
Sometimes you've had to be strong for everyone else while quietly carrying your own emotions.
Here, your grief doesn't have to be rushed or explained away. There is room to honor what mattered, acknowledge what has changed, and care for yourself as you move forward.
When Your Relationship With Your Womb or Body Has Changed
Perhaps you've experienced painful menstrual cycles, fibroids, fertility difficulties, pregnancy loss, hysterectomy, or menopause.
Alongside physical concerns, you may be carrying disappointment, fear, grief, frustration, or questions about what these changes mean for you.
Your body deserves appropriate medical care. And your emotional and spiritual experiences deserve attention, too.
Sacred womb care at Sacred Works offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through personalized restorative and ritual experiences.
Your worth and womanhood have never depended on your ability to conceive, menstruate, or carry a child.
When You're Emotionally Exhausted
You've been showing up for work, family, relationships, and responsibilities.
And somewhere along the way, caring for yourself became something you'd get around to later.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of time that belongs entirely to you.
Sacred Care creates room to step away from those demands and receive intentional attention, rest, and restoration.
When You're Moving Through a Personal Transition
Sometimes life is changing, and you want to acknowledge that change with intention.
You may be entering a new chapter, leaving an old identity behind, rediscovering yourself, or seeking a meaningful way to mark where you've been and where you're going.
Not every transition requires a ceremony. But some women find meaning in giving an important life experience the attention it deserves.
Your Care Is Personal
We Begin With a Conversation, Not a Predetermined Service.
When a woman comes to Sacred Works, I don't begin by handing her a list of treatments and asking her to choose.
I begin by listening.
I want to understand what's happening in her life, what she's experienced, and what she hopes to receive from our time together.
From there, we explore the restorative practices that may be appropriate for her.
Some women need a space to speak openly. Others are drawn to hands-on restorative care, intentional rituals, or a combination of practices.
There is no formula. There is only the woman in front of me.
How Sacred Care May Take Form
Sacred Works brings together restorative practices that can be experienced individually or combined into a personalized experience.
Depending on your needs and the nature of your visit, your care may include:
-
Sacred Womb Care: Womb-centered restorative practices, including sacred womb steaming, gentle bodywork, herbal compresses, and energy alignment.
-
Ritual Water Work: Intentional practices such as foot washing, head washing, and ritual bathing.
-
Release Ceremonies: Personal rituals incorporating reflection and symbolic release through fire or water.
-
Restorative Body Care: Warmth, sound, intentional touch, and quiet time for rest and reflection.
-
Sacred Conversation: Private space to share your experiences, explore what you're carrying, and consider your next steps.
You do not need to understand these practices or decide which one you need before contacting me.
Your experience helps guide the care we explore together.
