Support for Women Seeking Clarity, Relief, and
Deeper Connection to Themselves

You might be here because:

You may have come here because something in your life no longer feels the way it used to — even though, on the outside, everything still looks in place.

You are still functioning.
Still showing up.
Still handling responsibilities.
Still being the one others rely on.

But internally, you cannot quite settle.

You may lie down at night and your body is tired, yet your mind keeps reviewing the day, planning tomorrow, and thinking about who needs you.
You may feel responsible for how others are doing, even when no one has asked you to carry it.
You may rarely give yourself permission to stop because you feel everything would fall behind if you did.

Many women who sit with me eventually say some version of this:

“I don’t even know why I feel this way. My life is fine… but I don’t feel fine.”

Some women who find me are also navigating physical experiences — fibroids, cycle changes, pelvic discomfort, fertility concerns, or pregnancy loss.

Others have no diagnosis at all.

They only know something inside them has become heavier to carry alone.

You are not dramatic.
You are not imagining it.
And you are not failing at your life.

Often what you are feeling is not a problem to fix.

It is what happens when you have been strong for a long time without a place to set anything down.

My work begins here — not with a condition, but with you.

You do not need the right explanation before reaching out.
You only need to recognize yourself in what you have just read.

What Makes This Different

This is not a spa service.

And it is not a rushed appointment focused only on symptoms.

When you come here, you are not treated as a condition to be managed or a body to be fixed.

You are met as a whole person.

Each session is unhurried and intentional.
We begin by talking — not because you need perfect words, but so you do not have to hold everything internally while someone works with your body.

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is performed on you without understanding what your body is communicating.

I work gently and with attention, allowing your body to respond rather than pushing it to change.

Many women notice that their body begins to relax before any hands-on work even begins.

The physical, emotional, and internal experiences you carry are not treated separately here. They are listened to together.

My role is not simply to do something to your body.

My role is to create a steady space where your body can settle enough to release what it has been holding.

You are approached with patience, discernment, and care — never rushed, never handled mechanically, and never reduced to a symptom.

Some Women Arrive Through Physical Concerns

While many women come because of what they are feeling internally, others first reach out because their body is asking for attention.

I often work with women experiencing:

• Fibroids — heaviness, bleeding changes, or pelvic pressure
• PCOS — irregular cycles, mood and energy fluctuations, or metabolic stress
• Endometriosis — ongoing discomfort and cycle-related pain
• Chronic pelvic tension or pressure
• Fertility and conception preparation
• Hormonal changes that feel physically and emotionally disruptive

These experiences matter, and they are taken seriously here.

But physical symptoms are rarely isolated. They often exist alongside stress, emotional holding, life transitions, and long periods of carrying more than a person can sustain alone.

You do not need a diagnosis to begin.

The body is simply one of the ways a woman’s life begins asking for her attention.

What a Session May Include

No two sessions are the same, because no two women arrive carrying the same things.

We begin with conversation.
You are given time to settle, to speak if you want to, or simply to arrive without pressure to explain everything immediately.

From there, I work gently and intentionally, allowing your body to respond rather than pushing it to change.

Depending on what feels appropriate for you, a session may include:

• Womb Alignment Therapy
• Gentle external womb and abdominal work to encourage circulation and ease tension
• Support for pelvic relaxation and comfort
• Guided somatic awareness to help the body release protective holding
• Yoni steaming guidance when appropriate
• Grounding and nervous system settling practices
• Personalized aftercare so you know how to support yourself afterward

Everything is explained before it happens.

The pace is unhurried.
Nothing is forced.
Your comfort and sense of safety guide the session.

The Womb Healing Sanctuary

Located in Conyers, Georgia.
Women travel from across the country — and sometimes beyond — because they are seeking something more personal than a typical appointment.

The Womb Healing Sanctuary is a quiet, private space created for women who need time, steadiness, and room to exhale.

Here, you are not rushed in and out of a schedule.

You are received.

I am Yèyẹ́sìndé. For over a decade I have worked closely with women in a womb-centered and spiritually grounded healing practice. The work is attentive and intentional, and it begins with listening — not only to what you say, but to what your body has been holding.

Many women who arrive here have tried to push through for a long time.
They have handled responsibilities, kept life moving, and adapted as best they could. Eventually the body begins asking for a different kind of attention.

In this space, nothing is treated as random and nothing is dismissed.

Your physical experiences, emotional strain, and internal stress are understood as connected, not separate. The body is not approached as a problem to correct, but as something that has been carrying more than it could comfortably hold.

Each session is personal.
Each detail is intentional.
You are met with patience, discernment, and care.

This is not a quick visit.

It is a place where a woman can finally slow down enough to begin settling back into herself.
