Spiritual Practice
There are moments when what you are carrying
asks for more than conversation.
Sometimes the need is for prayer.
Sometimes for guidance.
Sometimes for release, cleansing, offering, or simply a deeper understanding of what is unfolding in your life.
Spiritual Practice at Sacred Works creates space for those moments.

Priestess-Led Spiritual Work
I am Yẹ́yẹ́sìndé, an initiated priestess within the Yorùbá spiritual tradition.
My spiritual work is rooted in reverence, prayer, divination, offering, ritual, and relationship with the sacred.
Women come to me for different reasons. Some are seeking guidance around something specific. Some feel spiritually drawn but cannot yet explain what they are experiencing. Others know that they need to pray, release, give thanks, ask for assistance, or mark an important transition in their lives.
You do not have to practice the Yorùbá tradition to enter this space.
You do need to come with respect for the spiritual foundation from which the work is offered.
When You Need Spiritual Guidance
Not every question needs an immediate answer.
Sometimes we need to sit with what is happening, ask a different question, or seek guidance beyond what we can see for ourselves.
Depending on what brings you to Sacred Works, spiritual guidance may include conversation, prayer, divination, offerings, or a recommended spiritual practice.
The purpose is not to make decisions for you.
It is to help bring greater understanding to what you are asking, experiencing, or seeking.
Ways Spiritual Practice May Take Form
Spiritual work is not one experience.
Depending on the purpose of our time together, it may include:
Prayer & Offering
An opportunity to bring a prayer, request, expression of gratitude, or concern into sacred space and make offerings with intention.
Obì Divination
A sacred form of communication used within Yorùbá spiritual practice to receive response and guidance through the casting of Obì.
Cleansing & Renewal
Intentional practices involving water, prayer, herbs, washing, or other spiritually grounded acts of cleansing and renewal.
Release Practices
Fire, water, and other intentional practices that create a physical and spiritual act of letting go.
Priestess-Led Ritual
Personal or shared ritual experiences created around prayer, transition, remembrance, gratitude, renewal, or another meaningful intention.
Spiritual Gatherings
Opportunities for women to gather for reflection, prayer, sacred practice, teaching, and shared experience.
You Don't Have to Know All the Words
You may feel drawn to spiritual work while still having questions about what you believe, what you are experiencing, or where you belong.
That is okay.
You are not required to already understand Yorùbá spirituality, know how to pray a particular way, or have a spiritual title.
You can begin with a question.
You can begin with a prayer.
You can even begin by saying:
“I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, but I know something is drawing me here.”
We can begin there.
Enter With Intention
Spiritual practice is not about performing spirituality.
It is about approaching the sacred with sincerity, respect, and intention.
If you feel drawn to experience spiritual work with me, explore the offerings currently available and begin with the one that speaks most clearly to you.
