An Evening of Ritual & Release with Yèyẹ́sìndé

A Guided Healing Experience for Women Seeking Space

to Release and Restore

An Evening of Ritual & Release with Yèyẹ́sìndé is an in-person, small-group spiritual experience held within a carefully guided ceremonial container.

This gathering offers women a dedicated space to pause, speak, release, and soften through ritual, reflection, and embodied practice. It is designed for women who carry much—emotionally, spiritually, and energetically—and who need a place where they are not required to carry it alone.

The work is approached with reverence and intention.
The container is opened deliberately, guided with discernment, and closed fully—so nothing is left unheld.

This is not a performance, workshop, or open circle.
It is a sacred pause—a space where what has been carried can be acknowledged, released, and returned to the body with care.

The Nature of the Space

This is a healing space held in ceremony—not a workshop, class, or discussion group.

Women are welcomed to:

  • name what has been held internally

  • speak what may not have been spoken aloud

  • release emotional, mental, or energetic weight

  • be witnessed without interruption, fixing, or urgency

The pace, flow, and tone of the evening are held by Yèyẹ́sìndé, allowing expression to move organically while remaining grounded, protected, and contained.

You are not rushed.
You are not pushed.
You are not left open.

What the Evening Includes

Each gathering unfolds within a gently held ceremonial flow. While no two evenings are identical, the experience may include:

  • a grounded arrival and settling of the body

  • guided intention-setting and reflective opening

  • writing and personal release practices

  • a guided yoni steam experience supported by visualization

  • space for verbal release when appropriate and held with care

  • a fire release ritual held outdoors

  • nourishment through tea and light food

  • a clear and intentional closing

The evening is guided with attentiveness to the group and the moment. What needs to move is allowed to move, and what needs to settle is given time—so participants leave grounded, contained, and complete.

The Atmosphere

The space is warm, respectful, and intentionally held.

It is:

  • supportive without becoming overwhelming

  • expressive without losing containment

  • intimate without crossing personal boundaries

The environment is guided with care so that what arises is met, held, and allowed to settle.

Women often leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and complete.

Who This Evening Is Well Suited For

An Evening of Ritual & Release is well suited for women who:

  • seek a healing space where speaking and release are held with care

  • feel drawn to ritual, reflection, and embodied spiritual practice

  • value group experiences guided with structure, leadership, and discernment

  • desire an experience that is meaningful, complete, and does not linger unfinished

No prior experience with yoni steaming or ceremonial work is required.
What matters is a willingness to arrive present and receptive.
