An Evening of Ritual & Release with Yèyẹ́sìndé

A Guided Healing Experience for Women Seeking Space

to Release and Restore

An Evening of Ritual & Release with Yèyẹ́sìndé is an in-person group healing experience held in a carefully guided, ceremonial container.

This gathering offers women a dedicated space to pause, speak, release, and soften through ritual, reflection, and embodied practice. It is designed for women who carry much, hold much, and need a place where they do not have to hold it alone.

The experience is opened with intention, guided with care, and closed fully

The Nature of the Space

This is a healing space, not a workshop or discussion group.

Women are welcomed to:

  • name what has been held inside

  • speak what may not have been spoken aloud

  • release emotional, mental, or energetic weight

  • be witnessed without interruption or urgency

The pace, flow, and tone of the evening are held by Yèyẹ́sìndé, allowing expression to move naturally while remaining grounded and contained.

You are not rushed.
You are not pushed.
You are not left open.

What the Evening Includes

Each gathering follows a gently held flow that may include:

  • Arrival and grounding

  • Guided intention-setting and reflection

  • Writing and personal release work

  • A guided yoni steam experience with visualization

  • Space for verbal release when appropriate

  • Fire release ritual held outdoors

  • Nourishment through tea and light food

  • A clear and intentional closing

The experience unfolds with attentiveness to the group and the moment, allowing what needs to move to move—and allowing the work to settle before the evening concludes.

The Atmosphere

The space is warm, respectful, and intentionally guided.

It is:

  • supportive without being overwhelming

  • expressive without becoming uncontained

  • intimate without being intrusive

Women often leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and complete.

Who This Evening Is For

An Evening of Ritual & Release is well suited for women who:

  • desire a healing space where they can speak and release

  • are drawn to ritual, reflection, and embodied practices

  • appreciate group settings held with structure and leadership

  • want an experience that is meaningful yet complete within itself
