But that doesn't mean you feel restored. Sacred Restoration gives you uninterrupted time where nothing is required of you. No one needs anything from you. There is nothing to accomplish or figure out. You simply get to receive. This May Be for You If: You're caring for children, grandchildren, aging parents, a partner, or other family members. You've been carrying a demanding workload or running a business while managing everything else in your life. You're the person everyone depends on, but rarely have anyone pouring back into you. You've just completed a demanding project, move, event, caregiving season, or major responsibility. You find it difficult to truly rest because there's always something else that needs your attention. You're tired of “self-care” becoming one more thing you have to plan and manage. Nothing is necessarily wrong—you simply recognize that you've been giving far more than you've been receiving. Your Sacred Restoration Experience Your time begins with a brief Sacred Conversation so you can put down the responsibility of managing—even the responsibility of deciding what you need. From there, your experience is curated around rest and receiving and may incorporate Reiki or energetic balancing, an herbal foot ritual, BioMat, sound, aromatherapy, warming therapies, restorative touch, guided relaxation, wellness tea, and uninterrupted rest. There is nothing you need to accomplish here.
